Linda, a first-generation American from Upstate New York, honors her German heritage through her business, Schneller Funding, named after the German word for “faster” to signify her commitment to efficient funding solutions. Growing up in a rural setting during a challenging time for those with German backgrounds, Linda’s upbringing instilled in her resilience and determination.

Eager to explore beyond New York, Linda joined the United States Air Force after high school, choosing the medical field to pursue her passion for helping others. Her military career took her across the U.S. and Europe, where she earned an associate degree in science and, later, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Angelo State College, graduating summa cum laude through an ROTC scholarship.

As an officer, Linda served in diverse roles, including Personnel Officer and Social Actions Officer, with assignments in Korea, Hawaii, and Washington. Despite health challenges, including a serious back injury requiring surgery, Linda demonstrated unwavering perseverance, completing her duties and inspiring those around her.

After retiring from the military, Linda earned a master’s degree in counseling from UCCS and settled in Colorado Springs with her husband, Vic, and their twins, now college students. Her family-centric values shone when she cared for her father-in-law and managed the rehab, rental and sale of his home, sparking a deeper interest in real estate.

Today, Linda is leveraging her leadership, integrity, and commitment to empowering investors through practical and flexible funding solutions, making Schneller Funding a trusted partner in the real estate community. Linda believes in forging strong relationships with every client, ensuring they receive the attentive guidance and resources necessary to thrive in today's competitive market.
